Orange Groves, a new 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa only 15 minutes from Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida.
Orange Groves is set on the prestigious new lakeside, gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake near Davenport, and only minutes from all the attractions. The villa boasts almost 3000sq.ft of living space, accommodates up to 12 people and is the ideal Florida base for the larger family or two families sharing.
Completed in 2007, Orange Groves is situated on a large corner plot that is not overlooked at the rear and has a host of additional extras to make your Florida vacation that extra special.
The large private swimming pool includes an extended sun deck with spa, shaded lanai, water jets and impressive ‘SAm’ colour-changing pool lights. There is also a large gas barbeque and poolside dining area for al-fresco dining.
Inside the villa there is a large open plan living area and in addition to the 5 bedrooms there is a Den with entertainment facilities, a brand-new games room with pool table, air-hockey and foosball (table-football), two dining areas and a computer workstation with free broadband wi-fi internet access.
For golfers, the villa could not be more ideally situated. The Southern Dunes golf course (rated one of the top 100 courses in the U.S.) is situated adjacent to the complex.
The villa has complementary facilities provided for babies and young children incl. steriliser, high chairs, bed rails, strollers etc. (we are twins club recommended!). For larger parties, we are in contact with other villa owners on the community should you require more than one villa.
Our management company also remain on call 24 hours a day, should you need them, to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
